Silkscreen Workshop Evening

Last year we discovered silkscreens! One of our most favourite and perhaps one of the simplest and versatile techniques when painting your own pottery. Silkscreens are extremely delicate and very expensive so special 'training' is required before use. We will take you through the process of choosing your pottery, your silkscreen, making the silkscreen paste from glaze and medium and how to get the best results. Silkscreen designs can be applied alone, on or under our usual glazes. But it is not as complicated as it sounds, anyone can have a go!

Once you have taken this workshop, you can request the silkscreens in the studio for future projects. We promise you will fall in love with this simple technique.

ABOUT OUR ADULT ONLY EVENINGS

Fancied painting your own pottery without the kids and babies, great time to relax, learn a new skill and create something amazing then the Adults only evening is what you need!

With over 100 item to choose from, and our stock changing regularly, there is something for everyone.

Only £4 and then you pay for what you paint on the night.

Bring your own wine (or favourite tipple), and we can order Take Away! Please bring cash for the takeaway

We open from 6pm but you are welcome to arrive at any time, best to allow yourself at least 2 hours. We finish at 9pm.
