African Masks in clay Workshop

Let's explore the world in a Summer...

Part of our Out of Africa week, we are making African Masks!

First we will design our fabulous masks based on the spiritual masks of Africa. Using our tools and tricks, we will show you loads of fab techniques to create your mask out of clay. Masks will be designed, decorated and painted during the workshop.

Suitable for ages 5 upwards

TIPS

1. workshops can be messy so wear appropriate clothes

2. why not shop & drop? for children aged 7 and over.

3. Pottery will be ready the week after the workshop, items made from clay will be ready in three weeks.
